1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Flickride (the “Service”), available at flickride.com (the “Site”). The Service is operated by Flickride (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to “you” shall include that entity.
2. Description of Service
Flickride is an AI-powered image transformation tool designed primarily for automotive professionals and enthusiasts. The Service allows users to upload photographs of vehicles and apply automated enhancements, including but not limited to: background replacement, vehicle appearance cleaning and enhancement, license plate removal or obscuring, and other image transformations as made available from time to time.
The Service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to process images. Results may vary and are provided on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee specific output quality or that every transformation will meet your expectations.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth above and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
4. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, is fraudulent, or is inactive for an extended period.
5. Credits, Pricing, and Payments
5.1 Free Credits
Upon creating an account, you will receive 5 (five) complimentary credits. Free credits are non-transferable and may be subject to expiration or other limitations at our discretion.
5.2 Purchasing Credits
You may purchase additional credits through one-time credit packs or monthly subscription plans that provide a recurring allocation of credits. Available credit packs, subscription tiers, and their respective pricing are displayed on the Site and may change from time to time.
5.3 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC), which acts as the Merchant of Record for transactions. By making a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service. Lemon Squeezy handles all applicable sales tax, VAT, and other transaction-related taxes on our behalf.
5.4 Subscriptions and Renewal
Monthly subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. Unused credits from a subscription period do not roll over to the next period unless explicitly stated otherwise. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5.5 Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the Service, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using credits you have purchased, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days. We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund where appropriate. Refund requests are processed through Lemon Squeezy in accordance with their policies.
5.6 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. For active subscribers, price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
6. User Content and Intellectual Property
6.1 Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload to the Service (“User Content”). By uploading images, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, transform, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your User Content for AI model training, marketing, or any purpose other than delivering the Service.
6.2 Your Representations
By uploading images, you represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and process the images; (b) the images do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party; and (c) you have obtained any consents required by applicable law, including with respect to identifiable individuals depicted in the images.
6.3 Output Images
Images produced by the Service (“Output Images”) are derived from your User Content. You may use Output Images for personal and commercial purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. We make no representations regarding the legal suitability of Output Images for any particular use, and you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Output Images complies with applicable regulations and third-party rights.
6.4 Image Storage and Deletion
Your uploaded images and Output Images are stored on our servers and remain accessible through your account until you choose to delete them. You may delete your images at any time through your account. Upon account termination, we will delete your stored images within 30 days, unless retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes).
6.5 Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, technology, algorithms, branding, logos, and all related content, is owned by Flickride and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service as described herein.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services, including Lemon Squeezy for payment processing and cloud infrastructure providers for hosting and image processing. Your use of the Service may be subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the practices, availability, or content of any third-party services.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of results.
We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; (b) AI-generated transformations will meet your specific requirements or expectations; (c) output images will be free of artifacts, distortions, or inaccuracies; or (d) any defects in the Service will be corrected.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flickride and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim; or (b) fifty US dollars ($50.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above limitations may not apply, and you may have additional rights.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flickride and its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (e) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
14. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or through your account settings (where available). We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
Upon termination: (a) your right to use the Service ceases immediately; (b) any unused credits are forfeited and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law; (c) we will delete your stored images within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations; and (d) provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 11, 12, 13, 15, and 16) will continue to apply.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may submit it to the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you retain the right to bring claims in the courts of your country of residence and to benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your local law. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
16. General Provisions
16.1 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a prominent notice on the Site at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your account.
16.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Flickride regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
16.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
16.4 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
16.5 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
